What can I customize on my invitation package?
You can customize fonts, colors and wording on the invitation package when using our standard options on our online customization tool at no extra charge.

Custom Letterpress Ink Color: $100/Color
We use a Pantone matching system for all of our inks. If you choose to use a color other than our standard 19 ink colors, simply provide us with your PMS number. Leave us a note when placing your order or talk to your personal designer during the proofing process.
Paper Band Color (only applies to Luxe Package): $25
You may choose another color from our standard color chart on the site unless you have submitted a custom color. Leave us a note when placing your order or talk to your personal designer during the proofing process.
Envelope Liner Color (only applies to Luxe Package): $25

Do you design save the dates?

Do you design custom maps for invitations?
Yes. We offer custom maps for a $150 design fee + printing costs. Please contact your personal designer during the proofing process for options and pricing.
Can I add an extra details card for more information to my invitation?
Yes. Talk to your personal designer during the proofing process for details and pricing. Adding an additional card will increase your postage so be sure to weigh an invite before sending!

Do you use Pantone ink colors?
Yes. We use a Pantone matching system for all of our inks. Colors vary slightly between each monitor. To get an accurate example of printed colors, we suggest ordering a sample. For your own color matching, here are our colors and corresponding Pantone numbers.

Can I choose my own custom color?
Yes. If you choose to use a color other than our standard ink colors, simply provide us with your PMS number. We charge $100 for custom inks. Leave us a note when placing your order or talk to your personal designer during the proofing process.
How many proofs will I receive with my order?
You will receive up to three PDF proofs with your order. Each additional proof after the three PDF proofs will be billed at $25 each.
When will I receive my proof?
Your first proof will be emailed to you within three business days. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday through the weekend will be treated as Monday orders.
I received my proof, now what?
You will email your changes to your personal designer until your artwork has no further changes. Once you approve the final proof, we will start printing your invitation package. We will not begin printing until we receive your final proof approval.
We will not send your artwork to the printer until we have your final proof approval.
What should I look for when proofing my invitation package?
Carefully proof your design files during every step of the design process. Take a look at our checklist of what to look for when approving a proof.
- Are all the stationery pieces you ordered included in the proof?
- Are all the font choices correct?
- Are all the ink choices correct?
- Is the text spaced properly?
- Is the alignment correct?
- Double check all dates, names, titles, addresses, times, telephone numbers, web addresses etc.
- Are any design elements missing?
Once you have given your final approval, inclosed is not responsible for any errors on the final product. All errors, including spelling, punctuation, layout, format and typestyle are the full responsibility of the client. inclosed will not bare the costs of reprinting due to any errors you have approved that match the final proof.
Returns / Cancellations
What is your return policy?
inclosed is committed to offering the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason within our control, we are happy to initiate a return or reprint. We cannot accept returns or reprints due to customer input errors. Once you approve the final proof, you have accepted full responsibility for any errors. You will not receive a refund. If you should choose to reprint, you are responsible for 100% of the reprint, reproduction and labor costs.
The quality of our letterpress products is very important to us. Each piece is inspected to insure it meets our standards. Due to the nature of letterpress printing, slight variations in ink color, saturation and impression may occur. We do not offer refunds or reprints for these slight variations.
Do you offer free return shipping?
If we initiate a return due to an internal error, return shipping is free. To return a product(s), send us an email at email@example.com or give us a call at 402.452.3386. We will take care of the details and email you a prepaid, printable UPS return shipping label to print and apply to your package.
You may then return your package to a UPS driver or drop it off at any UPS drop-off location. Once your return is received, you will receive a full refund, along with an email confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled at any time during the proofing process. If you decide to cancel your order before final proof approval, you will receive a refund. There is a $250 cancellation fee.
If you decide to cancel your order after final proof approval, you will not receive a refund. Call 402.452.3386 for cancellations.
How can I make a change to my order?
You must make changes to your proof and order quantities BEFORE you give final proof approval. You can do this by emailing your personal designer and if additional charges apply, we will send you an updated invoice.
Shipping / Tracking
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within three weeks from the time we receive your final proof approval. Your will be notified when your package ships via email.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. Use this information to track your order on the UPS website.
Do you accept international orders?
We do not accept international orders through the website at this time. For international orders, call us at 402.452.3386 or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
